Every year, volunteers from around the world serve with Novi.
They train caregivers, lead children’s activities, help at summer camps, distribute food and supplies, and find countless creative ways to care for children living through war.
Their service reaches far beyond the work itself. Every conversation, every meal served, every game played sends a simple message to a child: You matter. You are not forgotten.
We can’t feature every volunteer here, but each one has become part of the Novi story.

Novi is built on partnership.
Today we work alongside 48 community organizations serving children affected by war. They know their communities. They lead with courage, skill, and commitment. Together we strengthen families, equip caregivers, and help children recover from trauma.
You won’t find every partner listed here. They are heroes to us, and it is a privilege to serve beside them.
